I needed to run cat5e cable from a switch in my basement to feed a new video game arcade, and these covers were excellent at a good price

It is necessary to enable the 5600 add-on game dongle via internet connection for arcade. It was not enough to connect to the arcade WiFi. It was decided to run four lines in order to supply any future needs. The wired connectors need covers as well. Several home improvement stores in the area asked for $5 to $10 per item There is a cover charge of $6. It doesn't seem to be the case. There are no differences between these and the mark up covers sold locally because they are just as functional, white, and durable.

You need to compare the size of the plate cover to the current size

I found the plate sizes were smaller than my normal outlet covers (standard) The covers didn't line up when placed next to one another. I did not experience any issues with quality or installation.

I would say it is good enough, but just off in size

It is a bit narrower and shorter than the phone jack cover plates that were previously installed, so it leaves an open area that wasn't painted previously.
