My guess is that I don't know. This plug is for an Am/FM/CD player owned by a church member. I tried it out and it worked great
You can see in the picture that your Vizio SB3820 SoundBar is fitted with a power jack similar to that seen in the picture.
You should be able to use it based on the image if your Toshiba TV has the same power jack.

This high pitched sound is occurring from the TV whenever playing bright HDR content and especially over a CEC enabled HDMI line. My guess is that larger energy demands from CEC and especially bright HDR highlights may exceed the capability of this power The issues I was experiencing all went away after I switched back to the original cord.
A cord such as this is of no use. There is a specific product description mentioning that this cord can be used with any rounded or square end product. I tried this cord with my Sony boombox. It seemed to work, but it only powered my boombox There's no telling whether it simply burnt my boombox, or whether it is In order to see, I will need to get a power cable from another company. There is no reason to buy this cord. It is unreliable.
I was looking for a replacement power cable for a 43" insignia fire television that we recently installed in our son's A tv mounted on a wall should have a power cord at least three feet long, and our original cable was about three feet long at best. The cord hides in place now so I don't have to worry about it being seen. I just saw this one and decided to give it a try. It works great! I just wanted to let you know that the plug on the insignia fire tv There was one cord advertised as compatible with this TV, but the plug was not polarized and I would not have been able to connect it.
It was quite difficult to reach the center of my TV with the power cable that came with the Vizio TV and to attach it to an outlet on the floor. I eventually bought a longer one that I could use until it was long enough to reach it. If you try to plug in an extension cord, you'll never be able to get it in, but the end of this power cord that plugs into the TV is narrow and easy to get into the channel. The product is high quality and fair priced.

The TV mount I have purchased fits perfectly with this. The stock cord that came with it did not allow it to freely move or swivel. It's not that big of a deal for me, but you may want to keep it in mind. . . . overall, I am very pleased with this since I am able to move forward and move freely without concern of being disconnected.
Compared to other brands, this one does the job for a fraction of the price.
This is the only thing I was missing. I wish they had an 8-foot 12 feet works, but not 24 feet. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a new TV and it came with a three-foot power cable. Let's be honest, I mean. You give me a cable for a 65" television and a three foot distance. The TV stands on a lift stand, so I needed a longer cable, which worked beautifully with the exception of being a bit longer than I would have liked. I was able to fix the problem with zip ties.
