The connections on this product were a little too big for my headphones, but the customer support was fantastic. When I contacted Syncwire, they responded right away and sent me a different wire that had a smaller connection out quickly. A checkup was also performed to ensure it was working properly. It's not often that an organization takes care of its customers as well as this one. With the replacement wire, I'm able to use my headphones again. Syncwire will be my first choice for all my electronic wire needs in the future!.

As far as the construction is concerned, I have not encountered any quality issues (like you normally see with Amazon basics cables, whose end tips are unsecure). In my car, which gets pretty hot, I leave my cable overnight and it is perfectly functional when used with a USB-powered device My phone is connected by a C adapter. Dec. 11 was the date on which I ordered this. My first order was placed on March 25th, and it arrived a few days later. A couple of months ago, I had no problem accessing it, but then March hit. found out that the problem was where the cord connected to the input adapter, so I tried using some electrical tape to keep it in a straight position, but this did not work well because tape does not stick well to the cord. I just checked the warranty status. I have been working for three years now They have a customer service page, but it doesn't give any contact information. It is obvious that the warranty is useless.
