Please accept my apologies for the confusion. There are no electronic components in this stand.
Yes, the Surface Pro is compatible.
It states that it can be used with up to a 14-inch tablet, so it should work fine.
For something that big, I wouldn't recommend it. It'll most likely fit underneath, but it's only 11 inches long. If you put weight or pressure on the sides, it will likely loosen. 5 inches wide, leaving roughly 2 inches unsupported on each side. For larger tablets, there are other tablet stands available.

On the iPad Pro 12, this is an excellent product for creating artwork. 9”. It looks great in both landscape and portrait mode. Please look at the photos.
This is the only vendor who got it right at a reasonable price. I bought this as a substitute for the Elevation Lab DraftTable for iPad Pro and it turned out to be better than I expected. There's a significant price difference, and this one from AIDATA was the only one that came close to meeting my requirements. This tablet/laptop stand effectively converts your iPad Pro into a Wacom-style tablet. There are no jiggly parts, and when reading or drawing, I simply rest my hand on the screen. I adore the various viewing angles, which allow me to use it at a desk, in my lap on a couch, and in bed. I love that I don't have to strain my neck or hunch over to see what's on the screen anymore.
I wasn't sure how I'd react to this in real life. Although it is made of plastic, it has a wonderful feel to it. The iPad Pro 12 works just as well. 9 AND a 5 pound 15 pound laptop, which is quite surprising! (I'm starting to think I squandered money on the aluminum laptop stand I usually use - This one doesn't scuff, folds flat, and weighs less. )br>br>Finally, the use of TWO SEPARATE downward tabs is a very smart design. The drawing cases, for some reason, do not understand - They may succeed in achieving a tall vertical position, but not one that is low enough. You can select two tabs this way. My only quibble is that when using the lower tab, which isn't as wide across (due to the fact that it has to fold in between the arms of the outer tab when in storage mode), the tablet's edges can be a little less stable, but I don't think I notice it. It's more of a visual thing I noticed when setting it up. br>br>Has a handle, and the grippy surfaces allow you to sandwich it between your device and carry it!br>br>Wish I'd seen this a long time ago. I've gone through SO MANY CASES with various kickstands, probably wasting hundreds of dollars over the course of several years. This device is lightweight and portable, allowing you to use it with or without a case (including those without stands). I can leave an elastic hand strap ATTACHED and just plop it on this if I don't have access to a case.
This was purchased to go with my Kamvas Pro 16. It's well-made, and I can easily draw across the entire monitor's surface. Although my touch is light, I believe it is strong enough to give me confidence in the device's security. Because of the maximum angle this device supports, which is 39 degrees, I had to purchase another stand for when I want to use it as a second monitor. This was stated clearly in the description, so I can't hold it against the product. If you want your device to be at a steeper angle, go somewhere else. If not, this is an excellent buy. When I only need the steeper angle for a second monitor at work, I switch to the other stand.
br>br>When you get the product, it says it fits tablets ranging from 9" to 12" on the packaging! br>br>I believe there is a FIVE inch difference between what they promised and what they delivered before I purchased. What a squander of resources, both time and money.
The design is very clever, and it folds up easily. This isn't the kind of stand for watching movies or videos on a tablet. It just doesn't have enough height to stand on. It's ideal for artists or general browsing/use while sitting at a table or in a chair with it in your lap. I'm guessing it could also be used to hold books. If you want a secure stand to hold your tablet while watching a movie or video, or if you want to use it while sitting up in bed, look for one that adjusts closer to 95 degrees. The temperature is 115°F.
I wanted something that could be used as a desk stand for shows as well as for drawing for long periods of time, and because of the elevated position of this stand from the desk, I no longer have shoulder/back pain. This is what I use with my 12-inch iPad Pro. A glass desk with a 9 and an apple pencil.
3 XP Pen Tablets are available. It brightened the day of my daughter. This is for her XP pen 13 inch pen tab, which I purchased for her. Her hand had previously been killing her due to its position on the table. It's built to last. If you do a lot of digital drawing, I'd recommend this stand.
