Yes.
The Surface Book 3 can use this 127W charger.
Hello, my name is 6Ft and I'm from the United States.
It connects using the same magnetic plug; however, when I connected it to a Surface Pro 4, the keyboard and touchpad stopped working properly. I guess the older device can't handle the extra power.

For the first week, I was satisfied with the charger because it quickly charged my laptop. I used the charger for 20 days before it abruptly stopped working. I tried unplugging and replugging, but it didn't work. I waited about 30 minutes before pressing the power button, and it simply displayed that my battery was extremely low. I can't even get my laptop to open. Personally, I do not believe it is cost-effective. It was only alive for 20 days before it died. I prefer to purchase a genuine Microsoft power supply.
I was disappointed to discover that the charger was not an OEM Microsoft product when it arrived. It was my fault when I placed the order. It does, however, work well and charges quickly. It would be nice if the cord from the charger to the wall socket was a little longer, but that isn't a deal breaker. Overall, this is an excellent charger that I would purchase again and recommend to others.
My Surface is charged by this product, but not fully or for a long time. In addition, when my Surface is connected to the charger, I am unable to access it. The keyboard's mouse pad will not function properly.
The Surface Book 2 15" was used to conduct the tests. I checked the battery usage to see if it was still drained and went from 100% to around 80% on battery 2 after about an hour of gaming. So, unfortunately, despite being a 127w power supply, this did not appear to keep my battery charged while gaming as others claimed it would, but it is still a good backup and appears to perform well under load even as a non-gaming power supply. Replacement for the original equipment manufacturer.
This cord performs identically to the original at a fraction of the cost, with no functional differences. The brick is twice as heavy and large, which is the only difference.
It works. It's the same as the IBM one. It is not yet exploding.
It's a good replacement for the Microsoft power supply because it's sturdy. If this unit proves to be more dependable, only time will tell. I believe it will be more dependable (though not impossible) than Microsoft's product, which has had two failures. It's also a lot less money than the branded Microsoft power brick with the glitzy hologram sticker.
I'm returning the item because I don't want to risk my computer being fried.
