Yes, I believe so. This appears to be the same tablet I purchased for my 8-inch tablet. It's difficult to tell from such a small image, but it appears to be correct.

This item is marketed as being quick. I didn't expect it to take this long to charge my Kindle Fire 8, even though it didn't say RAPID charter.

My 10th Generation Kindle 8 (released in 2020) does not work with it

The first one was too big; the second one was too small. I made my way back. a replacement was sent to me The substitute is ineffective. I'd been charging my Kindle for a long time. There is no charge in the battery. I'll be getting a refund on this one.
