Apple should really stop putting the cable in the box in the first place. I looked for a charging block with the highest output and the best cable. I chose the Tikal setup and am very pleased with it; both the cable and the block appear to be of very high quality. Both the cable and the block work well with the iPad and iPhone, charging quickly and without producing any heat. For a much lower price, I believe it is of higher quality than Anker.

This is going to snap! I bought these chargers in July because I didn't realize the new iPhones didn't come with the block, and the chargers weren't made with regular USB ports anymore, so I didn't have any blocks to use. I decided to get these instead of the block alone because I thought having extra chords would be useful. I also liked the longer cords because I needed to charge my phone at a location that was a little farther away from my bed. The first chargers lasted three months (which isn't bad), but one night while charging, my phone fell off the book shelf, and the charger tip broke off inside my phone. The second chord broke a week later; the charger's tip should not be able to break off that easily. Because I had an otter box case on my phone, the fall wasn't too far away and the impact wasn't too severe. The cost of a charger is extremely low. If you only need something for a short time, this will suffice, but not in the long run.

The salesman informed me that it would not come with a charging block and that the charging cable would be a USB-type. C cable. This was the first I'd heard of it, but he said they had the block I needed in stock. I went ahead and purchased one because they required one, but it was $20! It's only for one block! I had also purchased a phone for my daughter, and I informed her that I would check Amazon for more affordable options. And, of course, they did, and I discovered this fantastic two-pack! It's not just the blocks; it's also the cables, which are six feet long rather than the three feet that came with the phone! And, to top it off, I paid the same amount for this two-pack as I did for the single block at the store! I also tested the speed before writing this review because these blocks are supposed to charge faster, which they do! I rarely leave reviews, but when I find a fantastic product at a fantastic price, I do! Also, while the title says iPhone 12, I have an XR and it works perfectly for me!.

I gave one to my husband, and we've been using them without issue on our iPhone 12 pro. Thank you for providing such a long and perfect cord. br>br>7/7/21 UPDATE: I just placed another order for my mother and children. These are fantastic. These chargers are a pain in the neck. I had mine for ten days when the charging tip on one of the ports on the phone broke off. I was skeptical of the reviews, but believe them when they say that these chargers are cheap. . . and crap! br>br>DO NOT PURCHASE.

However, after three months, the lightning plug snapped while removing it from my iPhone 12. This cord was in the bedroom and was only lightly used (as opposed to the (Apple) cord in the car or the kitchen - Both of which are put to a lot of use. What a letdown! br>br>So far, the cube has performed better. There are no issues with overheating or charging.

First and foremost, it was delivered on time; second, it is a good value for the price I paid; and third, the charging speed is the best feature for me. That's why I bought this charger in the first place. It makes use of usb- c and charged my iPhone 12 Pro Max in half the time it took with the previous charger. I've only had this charger for a few days, so I can't comment on its durability, but I'm going to give it a 5-star rating. a rating of five stars After a few months, I will return to provide an update.
