Charger with low power consumption

I thought this charger would be perfect for my new HD Fire 10 because Amazon recommended it, and when I plug it in, I get this pop-up message. It's a low-power charger, according to the label. I'm not going to buy anything else.

Charger that charges at an incredibly low rate! Purchase is not recommended! This charging cord is a waste of money and time; I purchased it two weeks ago and it was extremely slow - I am talking like 10 in an hour to charge that I sent it back for another because I thought it was defective and I received the new one and it is the exact same I'm not sure what you're talking about because it's not a low-cost cord from an unknown manufacturer

Just in case I needed one or if something happened to my current kindle charger, I picked one up. My wife had recently purchased a new phone and required a longer charging cord, which this new cord provided. As a result, she now has the longer cord she required, and I now have a backup charger in case mine fails.
