The printer has been in my possession for about 6 months, and I tend to print fairly rarely. I probably do it two or three times a I still have plenty of ink left in the cartridge, but the printer is printing like It is both illegible and useless. Even after extensive efforts, I had to throw away the printer (still 3/4 full of ink) because it could not clean or flush out its print head. (as it was delivered today, Sunday, July 14, 2019, and placed in my outdoor mailbox, which happens to be in direct sunlight. This is a very hot day in Florida - it is 93 degrees Fahrenheit You have degrees! In fact, the carrier did not notify me of a delivery, and until I asked Alexa at approximately 2 p. m. , the status of my order, I did not know that one had been made. It was 15 PM, and I had no idea my print cartridges were sitting outside in the heat, baking in my black Upon asking Alexa for the status of my order, she replied, "My order has been delivered", so I went out to retrieve it right away! As I opened the door to my mailbox, the door felt like it was on a open flame and the bag of Prime packing was so hot that I was barely able to handle it. Having used our very old HP printer for a number of years, we decided to replace it with a new wireless HP printer. I wish that the cartridges were less expensive, however the printer was reasonable in price. On the old printer, I had the advantage of being able to use cheap, refilled cartridges. To be able to use my new printer effectively, I need cartridges that are new, authentic. As I mentioned above, I am buying genuine HP cartridges, which are considerably more expensive than the ones I had been using previously. It's so cute and comfortable to use! Two days later, the package arrived. The lamp does not come with batteries. It is powered by two AAA batteries. I assumed the little USB receiver was not included. Ha! You should have read the directions! I found it in the battery compartment, tucked away in its own In my laptop, I am having problems with the right mouse touchpad. The mouse function was turned off by searching for 'mouse'. A USB port was used to connect the nano receiver. As soon as the loading screen appeared, there was a pop up saying something about 'software loading. ' Because I did not have a mouse pad, I could not get the mouse to scroll at first. There was a lack of room on the laptop touchpad and a shiny surface on the table. While I sit on my couch and work, I listen to music. Once I found out the mouse scrolls perfectly when it is rolled on my jeans or couch, I was hooked. I will be buying a mouse pad since this could collect lint over time. I consider it a pretty good deal for about $9!.

It was a bad experience, but was restored with excellent customer service. I contacted the seller, and they've already sent me a new one. It is great that you have such good customer service!

My printer recognizes those cartridges as HP, but the quality is horrible. On April 29, it will have been four months since I purchased my 2. The quality of my prints already isn't very good, and I don't do much printing. When I used the second cartridge and the first registers as still full, I tried realigning the printer heads and cleaning the printer. Because I have passed my return window, the ink will only be able to be used for a few small print jobs and it is a poor value.
