The two packs we ordered were in stock. After the first cartridge was filled with ink, the ink ran out and it had to be replaced with a new one. The second one will not print black and white pages when we select it. We have no option to get our money back since we ordered it 6 months ago. A very discouraging situation.

It's nearly impossible for me to not be 100% satisfied with the products I get from Amazon. All other cartridges but these are not compatible. (Theoretically) it is easier and cheaper to purchase these cartridges from Amazon, with the added convenience of having them delivered to my house. In addition, I usually buy one or two cartridges in advance rather than waiting until my supply runs out. Since I have a home business, it seems that I consume a great deal of ink. It's unfortunate that there have been a few times when I have tried a cartridge and it didn't work (so I put a different one in and that one worked). It means I sometimes have to purchase two cartridges for the sake of getting In addition, I had to run to the local store to get a new cartridge since I had purchased one from Amazon and it had not worked. Even though I am annoyed by things such as this every few months, I am able to overlook them as they are occasional issues. (And yes, I know that I can always return the cartridges if need be). There is one exception. I find that by the time I am using the cartridges, it is already past the 30 day return policy, and it is way past As it is, I don't have time in my life to search for defective ink cartridges and return them. This is usually a good product that will always be my first choice. But with this box and the 3 color box, I would get error messages, saying that the cartridges were empty, and I needed to replace them. The message appeared both on my computer and on my printer after I cleaned the connections as instructed. There has been a problem with the second cartridge since the first one worked fine. I was very disappointed with this product and the ink cartridges. A box of two HP 61 print cartridges was purchased by me. I pulled out one of the cartridges and found it dried out when I opened the package. After removing the second cartridge and testing it, it worked. I called Amazon and was told I would need to contact HP since it had been over 30 days since I had purchased the cartridges.
