Connecting an Apple iSight camera to a Mac Mini did not work

It didn't work out. The Apple iSight is connected to the Mac mini. Low power alert- The USB port has been turned off. The same results were obtained using a powered USB hub or direct connect. 1 star.

I couldn't get it to work for me

I tested it with a firewire-connected scanner that works on a computer with a firewire board, but this USB adapter does not recognize the scanner.
