Let's get one thing out of the way. It's a real pain to put together this case. There is no more to say. This is not my first computer, either. So, why is it given four stars? It's a dream to put together, a thing of beauty, and the crusader version has excellent airflow. This, combined with the stunning color, explains why this case has received such positive feedback - and also at such a low level. br>br>Instructions for putting it together: br>Get the manual from the website. The manual pictures are correctly sized and in color when viewed online. I wish I had known this from the beginning; the fans are exactly as terrifying as everyone claims. To put them together, follow these steps: br>br>In your case, there are four molex connectors that are daisy chained. Connect a male molex cable from your PSU to the female molex connector on the fans, and the four prong pin that says fans should plug into your motherboard to give your fans both lights and power. There is an extra connector to ensure that all FOUR fans are turned on. Examine the manual once more. br>br>Take out the back fan if you can't get your motherboard in. Make sure you're going in the right direction when you put everything back together. br>br>Buy a modular power supply for the love of God. There is no place to store extra cables. There's also no room for optical drives, but in 2020, what are you going to use them for? If you still require a portable drive, go ahead and purchase one. br>br>I had no trouble fitting a full-sized GPU and ATX board in here, but if you use a SATA SSD as well, you'll have cable issues; I'd recommend a board with a PCIe SSD instead. Make use of your SATA bays to organize your cables. (I wish I could say I planned it because I'm so clever, but I was fortunate. ) )br>br>This case is lovely and functional, but it's not for the faint of heart. I now adore mine, but putting it together was a nightmare! It's tough as nails and pretty to boot, but she was a pain to work with.
The ventilation is excellent. Because I'm using a Ryzen 3800X, I needed a low-cost case with good ventilation and a variety of cooling options. It needed to have a simple design, front mesh for air intake, and LED fans. As a result, I chose this case and added two more Apevia 120mm Frostblade fans to the top of the case (6 pack with controller). The additional fans did not connect directly to the case's four fans. As a result, I took them out and replaced them with six new fans, each with their own controller. This resulted in a neater fan installation and better wire management. Before mounting, I recommend using a modular power supply and making sure all cables are connected. You cannot connect cables to the power supply once it has been installed. My processor temperature was 37-38 degrees Fahrenheit in my old case. At a standstill, the temperature is 38 degrees Celsius. I'm at 33-percentile with this case and extra fans. When at rest, the temperature is 34 degrees Celsius. This case has given me a lot of pleasure.
A box contained within a box contained within a box contained within a box contained within a box contained within a box contained within Despite the fact that it was damaged, it was still worth something. Damage appears to be a problem, earning the game three stars. That, and the fact that it takes three days to ship after the label is made. It's not a bad case, but it's a wiring nightmare. I almost didn't buy it based on the negative reviews. I have no regrets about purchasing it. 1. br>br> For full ATX motherboards, it includes three additional standoffs. If you don't use them, you'll end up hurting yourself. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The led/fan wires are a source of contention for everyone. When you disconnect them all, they're not so bad. MAKE SURE ALL THE SMALL CONNECTORS ARE HOOKED TOGETHER WHEN RECONNECTING THEM. Only leds with the small (3pin, I believe) connector will work with the rgb switch. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. The LED switch has already been activated; Just forget about it. 4. br>br> The air flow isn't bad. Just to be safe, I added a second small fan to the top. 5. br>br> For the power supply, I went with a Corsair cx750m. According to the majority of reviews, there is no room for anything in the psu slot. There was no issue for me. Semi-modular or modular design This case lends itself to modularity. The case has a total of five drive slots. 2 hdds in front of the psu, 2 ssds on the back of the psu 5in on the inside, according to the MBA. 1 2. 5in ssd mounted behind the wall on which the mb is mounted (shown). 6. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Make sure the fans are connected to the power supply. Regrettably, I did. All of the leds and fans are operational, and the unit is extremely quiet. 7. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> If you need it, the instruction booklet is easy to use. 8. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> In this case, a ssd mounting bracket is ineffective. Just fyi. 9. br>br> It comes with two rail sets for mounting hard drives. 10. br>br> My package included all of the necessary screws, plus a few extras. Was it worth $75? br>br> Generally speaking, yes. Because the product box was inside another one and was damaged, it was most likely caused by the company. Would I suggest it? br>br> Yes, but not for a first build because the lighting wires can be a pain. The placement of the wiring holes is also not user-friendly.
The color pink is absolutely stunning. When it arrived, I planned to paint it, but after opening it up, I decided it was perfect just the way it is! Unfortunately, when I opened it, there was damage to the side. As far as I can tell, nothing has been ruined inside, but aside from the minor damage, it is in perfect condition and of excellent quality!.
That being said, I believe it is becoming more common for dvd drives to be used infrequently, and I am no exception. But there's still so much empty space in here that I think it's just lazy and bad design not to include a mounting bracket. I've always created my own systems, but it's not something I do on a regular basis. Just like when purchasing a motherboard, the case specifications should be spelled out in detail in the description and breakdown. I shouldn't have to guess which common devices are missing from a mid-tower case with plenty of space. My daughter needed a pink computer case, and that was all I needed. Still giving it two stars, and I'm going to use an external DVD drive to free up a USB port.
