The top is large, and the bottoms are perfect. A good fit can be found in the inner portion of the top. As a 42B, I normally wear a size medium. I got those with the flowers and stripes as well. In the picture, it looks like there are black stripes, but when I got the shirt in, there were navy stripes. The fact that I had to get black isn't that big of a deal, but I wanted to wear different bottoms with it, since I thought that was the color I would get. I don't care about the color clash because the two won't clash, but if that is a deal breaker for you, look out for that.
