Personally, I would vote for an 8 out of 10. A grade of 8 would be appropriate. You should wear 8-inch heels and a 5 inch shirt There are sizes 8 and 9 depending on the shoe or brand. I normally wear an 8 in most Ugg styles, to allow some room I found that my 8 were fitted perfectly out of the package, perhaps a tad snug across the top of the foot at the fur cuff area, but I know the lining will mold to my feet as they wear and they will stretch. In any case, they are roomy and comfortable. My measurements are going to be too big for this style in size 9

A 7 or 8 would be more appropriate for me, since I normally wear a 7 1/2. Despite wearing heavy socks sometimes, the 11 still fits and is very comfortable. I also wear them sometimes with the 7 and they fit well.
