It all depends on where we put the majority of our weight, ladies: I have more issues with my hips and lower tummy, and I'd like to have the most control over those areas. It will fit differently if you have more weight in your upper tummy and back, and a size D would be appropriate. Consider the following scenario: Because I wanted a super control, I wore a C when I was 190 (I'm 5'3). At 155 pounds, I'm wearing a B. I adore these and wear them all of the time because I prefer my tops to be sleek and my bottoms to be flat. lol. I tuck the band under my bra band; once you've gotten used to wearing it with your clothes on a daily basis, you'll never want to be without it. I just have a better sense of self-assuredness now!
It's not something I'd advise you to do. They're really just pantyhose without the foot. They aren't long enough to be considered yoga pants.
Take a look at my feedback. There's a size chart I put up there.

I was not expecting such a low-cost product at such a high cost. There's not a lot of support and it's kind of flimsy. I'll have to go out and purchase something new. In my opinion, these are simply overpriced pantyhose. br>***update **
Ripped as soon as I pulled them up. br>CHEAP CHEAP AT EXPENSIVE PRICE.
So it's definitely a footless pantyhose, but with more hold in the tummy area, slimming down the thighs as well, and because it comes down past your knees, you won't have to worry about it bunching up or rolling up, making it perfect for jumpsuits.
They are a little tighter than I had anticipated, but that was a plus for me. Because they are difficult to put on, I was thinking "wow, I hope I don't have to pee anytime soon" as I maneuvered myself into them. HOWEVER. This is when I realized why I gave these five stars in the first place - When someone thought of making the crotch of these little gems potty-friendly, they were a genius. easy to reach! I thought I'd ripped them at first, but NOPE, they have a built-in. I'll say it again: BUILT-IN. So, yeah, these are absolutely FANTASTIC and I will definitely be buying a few more pairs. IN panel that opens very nicely so one can piddle without having to pull them off and back on (which, by the way, totally sucks in a public bathroom because there is never enough room unless you use the handicapped stall). (p. If you want to bomb Pearl Harbor, you'll have to remove them. ).
These were delivered the day before last. Today is the day to open them. I haven't even put them on yet, and I'm out for a run! This makes me angry. I'm afraid to try them on to see how well they work. I'll get them back to you as soon as possible.
Spanx is a brand of underwear that is available in a variety of colors and styles. I'm extremely disappointed! I'd like to introduce you to someone who has a knock on the door. Years ago, I bought a brand version of Spanx from Target. It's a full-body suit with shoulder straps. I needed something without straps, so I purchased this, assuming that the Spanx brand would be better. I was afraid I'd rip the material because it's so delicate and flimsy. It only did a fair job of smoothing out my midsection. I only wore it once, and it ran right at the seam on my backside, causing a hole. Spanx had me hoping for something more. 😔.
The fit was perfect, but I only wore them once and they were riddled with holes and rips. Smh.
It was precisely what I was looking for. I found exactly what I was looking for - These spanx were exactly what I was looking for in a slimming capri shapewear garment. At 5'6" and 145 pounds, all I needed was something that would smooth and lightly compress under dress pants and tight jeans without leaving any visible lines. This is definitely a high waisted garment - I ordered size C and it was spot on for overall fit and comfort. The top falls just below my bra and does not roll down, which I appreciate. The leg bottoms came to a point just above my ankles. It takes some effort to get them on, but once they're on, they're fantastic, and I can breathe and move around freely. While the fabric has a strong compression-like feel to it, it isn't as thick as it appears. wise, isn't too heavy to be uncomfortable - In the cold winters where I live, I believe it will be an advantageous layer. Long underwear that is extremely light weight and snug. br>br>For a couple of reasons, I gave this item 4 instead of 5 stars: For practical purposes, the cross over split at the crotch is insufficiently long. It's nearly impossible to keep it open while doing business (both hands are required). After one failed attempt, I decided it was far more convenient to simply pull the garment down when using the restroom. The leg bottoms are made of a much lighter material that resembles pantyhose in appearance. I haven't had a problem yet, but they seem like they could easily snag and flee, which would be inconvenient, though it may not matter in the end because I always wear them under my pants. The transformation of materials It just doesn't make sense to me that the heavier compression fabric above the knees transitions to the lighter hosiery-like fabric below. The transition is seamless, which is a plus. Lines aren't visible. br>br>I'm very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend them to friends.
There is almost no support, and what little support there is is cut off in the middle of the garment. thigh and transforms into a pair of far too thin sheer stockings that tear almost instantly. It's not even close to $30 worth of value.
