I'm not sure if this will help because I only wear mine low, up to my knees, at night to keep warm. However, I have larger, muscular legs; I weigh 165 pounds and have a 19-inch thigh, so I can pull them over my lower thigh snugly. They're made of a fabric that's incredibly stretchy. As a result, I believe they could be useful to you. I hope.
They are, in fact, quite small. I didn't like how snug it was. They were given to a good cause.
I'm not sure what I'm saying. I've had them for a year and never looked at the packaging. They appear to have originated in China, in my opinion.
I believe there is only one size.

I always seem to have the most up-to-date information. I am 5'10" tall and weigh around 160 pounds. These socks were ordered to keep my Amazon-purchased thigh-high boots from slipping down while I was walking. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for. When people post their exact size, height, and weight, I always seem to get the most accurate information because it gives me a point of reference. These are easily available in 3-packs. They are 4 inches above my knee and can be worn with or without my boots in the winter.
Maybe they're aimed at people who aren't too fat. In addition, it was a lot shorter than I had anticipated.
