I cut the rubber band after pulling it out of between the knit with a small hair pin. After that, I stopped adding tension, and they were perfect for my 36" thighs. I'm hoping they don't fall down right now, but I might add some elastic later.
I don't believe so, at least not in the long run. My skinny legs are the result of riding my motorcycle in the cold weather while wearing my pants. They fall down if I walk a lot. That could be attractive on a woman.
Leg warmers are stretchy and can be worn on top of leggings or thin pants.
These were very nice and warm, as well as being quite high. br>I'm so glad I got them.

These leg warmers are fantastic. For my photo shoot, they were ideal.
I didn't want them to go all the way up to my crotch; I just wanted them to cover my knees and be comfortable. I can assure you that I am ecstatic about them - They're thick, long, and I can get them all the way up to my crotch (not that I'd ever need them) - This is the maximum width of the top - I'm referring to the ages of 26 and up. 27". Oh, and they're nice and toasty! They haven't slipped down once and are nice and slouchy. I've had them on all day (up to my knees, where I wanted them) and they haven't slipped down once. That said, I'm wearing Torrid leggings, so the fabric could be the culprit. I did, however, purchase two pairs of shoes. The black arrived today, but I'm expecting gray to arrive as well, and I'm confident I'll be just as happy with it. I'm a little worried about how they'll come out in the wash - Keeping my fingers crossed that they don't pill. Aside from that unresolved concern, these are even better than I had hoped for and exactly what I needed.
Although not the softest, it is acceptable. My legs are extremely skinny. The top elastic felt like it was cutting off my circulation when I put them on! Plus, my legs are slender! Because you can tell it's just a rubber band at the top, I snipped a few threads to remove it. I'm not sure how people with large thighs could possibly wear these. I suppose it depends on the type of rubber band used. I'm not going to buy any more of these. I've owned a lot of leg warmers, but these are the first that have rubber bands to keep them in place! What a load of nonsense! I didn't need the rubber band because they fit perfectly. I'm giving them a "D" because one of the most important factors is how well they stay in place. They're cheaply made because (if anything) SEWING ELASTIC should have been used! After a few wash/dry cycles, I'm pretty sure that rubber band will snap!.
These are fantastic! They're thick, warm, and soft, making them ideal for pole classes with low flow. My legs remained toasty, and my light-colored leggings remained spotless. They also hold up well against bare skin. While dancing, there is a little slipping over leggings. Because of my thick thighs, I didn't think they'd fit. I'm relieved to report that I was mistaken. They wash well (I use woolite and a laundry bag, wash on delicate in cold water, and dry on a clothes drying rack). I've already placed an order for a backup pair to keep in my pole bag. br>br>Summary: This is a fantastic purchase. Excellent craftsmanship.
They're warm and comfortable, and they're a perfect fit. I'll most likely order more in different colors in the future. The product also arrived a day earlier than expected, which is a huge plus. I'm 5'5" and weigh around 115 pounds. These were long enough to reach the top of my thigh, but I scrunched them down lower.
I'm glad I found these because they're nice and warm, and they fit my 26" thighs perfectly. They can go from my heel to the top of my head, and I'm 5'6" tall! I adore these.
This is fantastic. Leg warmers with a good amount of bulk. It's like wearing a slouchy sweater on your legs. Great for skirts, shorts, and other items, and ideal for tall girls or guys.
Leg warmers that are VERY LONG. They're thick and comfortable, not scratchy at all, and made of a wonderful material! I intend to purchase more in a variety of colors. Exceptional quality!.
