I apologize for the inconvenience. The ones I received didn't have any issues like that, but I didn't get the pink glitter ones. A plain black pair with a buckle was what I got. There are a lot of things I like about them. They were under $40 bucks and are super cute and comfortable. I also got a pair from the Great Western Chief brand that are really cute. There is also no smell associated with them.

For some reason, when the description described them as "knee high", I imagined they were higher. Hunter or Wellie's knees are not the same size as theirs- They are high boots, so if you want to step in deep puddles or mud, these might not be the right choice. However, I think most of these things will work out well. This is a stylish boot with a good heel height and a nice buckle.
