The picture is very beautiful, but the attachment is not correct

Even though this necklace is stunning, and exactly what I was hoping for, it lacks proper construction. During wear, the diamond did not face outward since the bottom section of the necklace was attached backward. As a result, I had to keep flipping the necklace in order to see the diamond. I also received a tangled mess of a chain when I received the necklace. After trying for over an hour to get it untangled, I gave up. It wouldn't have fit in my package before I needed it, or else I would have shipped it back before I needed it, This is a beautiful product, but its lack of attention to detail led me to give it only three stars.

I'm glad I went this route rather than Etsy or somewhere else that would be more expensive and time consuming. This results in longer shipping times. To me, a dainty and elegant chain was what I was looking for, not something chunky or thick. My opinion is that it was perfectly executed and photographed. The longevity is unknown to me since I wore it on the day of my wedding and have not worn it since then. I found it to be perfect for my occasion.
