In addition to being delivered in a very nice box on time, the product was delivered perfectly. It came with a tool that resembles a guitar pic that you could use to open the locket and place your photo inside. Only one thing is missing from the photo a clear plastic protector of some kind. It's possible I can find a work around to help with that until it wears out but I'm concerned about the wear over time. The gift I was able to give my future wife tonight when I proposed is something she will wear tomorrow. It was so nice to give her such a meaningful gift. It was especially touching when she saw the picture I put inside. Thank you so much! What a great idea!.

In addition to the polishing cloth and glue dots for securing the pictures, I thought it was nice to find a small polishing cloth included.
