Broken! Quality is of poor quality

It looks great, but the link was broken, and it fell off as soon as I put it on, so I'll have to send it back or take it to a jewelry store to be repaired. I'm dissatisfied with how cheaply it's put together. If it could be improved, it would be a fantastic gift.
