Be careful who you buy from

These were purchased as gifts for two people. The necklaces were lovely, but there was only one oyster with a pearl in it. I couldn't return the defective one because I had sent it as a gift to these girls in another state. To make up for the oyster that didn't have a pearl, I had to buy four more from a different site. The girls now have a variety of colored pearls to use in their necklaces, which is great news. I gave it two stars because the necklaces were nice and the delivery was prompt, but the oyster was disappointing.

The oyster didn't have a single pearl. My niece received it as a present on her birthday. What a let-down.

When you receive the pearl, it is in an actual oyster

The fact that we were able to extract the pearl ourselves was a nice touch. Although it was difficult to open, it was a valuable learning experience to be able to do so on my own.
