This necklace was purchased for myself as a present. I'm missing my wonderful Dad, with whom I did everything, and who passed away in December from Covid. 2020br>I really wanted it for this Sun. I won't see him or spend the day with him on Father's Day for the first time. br>I received it today and was extremely disappointed because it was much smaller than I expected, had scratches, and was not as shiny as the picture, and the writing was not in black and was extremely small and difficult to read. br>As you can see from my photograph. br>It's not like it appears in the Amazon image. br>It's a huge letdown.

When I first saw the package, I was very happy. The heart is made of stainless steel, and the imprint is perfectly placed on the front. I was taken aback by how heavy it was, which is a good thing! Using the funnel that came with it, I was able to fill it. When it came time to unclog it, there was a long pin included, whose purpose was unclear. I attempted to do so while keeping the funnel in the hole; however, the clog prevented me from reaching the full amount. It wasn't until I took the funnel away that I realized what had happened. At that point, I realized the particles were of varying sizes, and the only way to unclog it was to take it out of the small hole and tip it so the pin could push through from the narrowest end back into the bag. As a result, I had no idea how much was required to fill the heart before it became clogged. I could have reinserted it to see if there was room for a little more. But by that time, I was emotionally exhausted and satisfied that at least some of the ashes had made it into the container. The tiny screw was easy to remove and replace (with the help of an eyeglasses screwdriver), and the whole thing took about 5 minutes. I really like the rope chain because it prevents twisting knots.

While the charm has been scratched from daily use, it still looks great! I would buy it again.

- update- The chain has broken, but the urn charm is still intact.

Let me begin by saying that they are not as thick as some of the others I purchased, but that is exactly what I wanted. They are a beautiful piece that you can wear every day. I purchased three of them and they arrived quickly in perfect condition, exactly as described, and at a great price. The only thing I wish was that I could order these in silver instead of stainless steel, but they are perfect for my children.

Dull. It doesn't look anything like the photo, which has a gleaming finish and open loops that make it appear elegant. It is, however, dull and has small, tight loops with unreadable font due to the small size. The necklace appeared to be an old, dingy necklace in dark gray. I wish there was a picture of someone wearing it in the product review. I can see why now. br>I gave it two stars because the seller was pleasant to deal with and the item arrived promptly.

Disappointed because it was not engraved. br>I looked through the reviews, but none of them mentioned this. Only one review I found stated that the words faded after a year. I should have known, but it was my granddaughter's request. I'm going to keep looking. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> br>When I first received this item, I had no idea it was double wrapped. It appeared to be a sticker as a result. Please accept my sincere apologies; this is a stunning piece. I'm just hoping the words don't fade like they did in one of the reviews I read.
