The locket pendant opens like a book, with two transparent glass windows that allow you to see and hold 3-8 floating charms (depending on their size). These were purchased in pairs. I made one for my mother and one for myself for Christmas. It is something that both of us enjoy. It's built to last and looks great. The only problem we both have is that the tree spins and ends up upside down because it is just floating in there with no support. To keep the tree in place, we might use a dab of super glue.

And for such a low cost!! br>The gemstones are simple to swap out, and the necklace is surprisingly light and comfortable to wear. It's a representation of her four children! Her birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and I'm sure she'll be thrilled! This was purchased for a 5-year-old boy who enjoys playing with trees. The necklace is packaged in a lovely box that contains two sets of stones - stones in the shape of a heart and stones in the shape of a circle The only problem is that the inside tree has a tendency to hang upside down. It's possible that it'll have to be secured inside in some way. The necklace was a big hit with my granddaughter!.
