My 30th birthday photoshoot was done with this. That was exactly what I was looking for. I'd wear spanx or leggings under it if I wore it out since it is a bit short. The color and size are true to size.
I had an amazing experience with TuTu. The fabric is very good quality, and there is a slip-up under the TuTu so you do not have to wear anything up under it if you do not.
It's not my favorite tutu, but it gets the job done. The one pictured is nicer and fuller, but I couldn't manage to sew it because it was a last-minute addition to my costume. It would have cost less if I used my own tulle and elastic, although I did have the time to make one.
