What I expected was totally different from what I got

My mind immediately thought of exercise pants when I looked at the material. My guess is that it's a stretchy nylon, like a sweatshirt. As for the second problem, I found that it was baggy and loose and came down as low as I thought it would. Originally, I thought it was going to be a bolero, but it ended up being a lot bigger than I It is on my agenda to return it. I was not expecting the item I bought to be what it was.
