I'm about 180 pounds and 5'5 inches tall. I'm a 10-inch woman. 12 and is a perfect fit. I previously ordered a bigger size and had to return it because it was too big. This is a perfect match.
I bought the large because I'm 5'1" and 37 inches tall, and the large apprehensively apprehensively apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive apprehensive
It is necessary to remove it, but this is not a difficult task. It's akin to yanking down a pair of extra-high tights.
It increases the measurements by one size, so I believe it is a large. For sizes 8 to 10, this is the case. I'm 5'6" and weigh 173 pounds, so I ordered an XL (sizes 12 to 14).

When writing product reviews, it's a good idea to include at least some measurements so that others can compare. I'm 5'812 inches tall and weigh 36,32,56 pounds. I ordered a 2x, and it fits perfectly! HOWEVER, I have a natural hourglass figure, and all I needed was something to smooth out my thighs (which it did) and bring in my lower pooch (which it did as well). It does, however, distort my natural shape. My hips are constricted far too much by the garment, which takes away from my hip curves. Furthermore, it squares out my waistline by an additional 2 inches and makes my back much larger than I need it to be. Overall, it fits well, doesn't roll up on the thighs or down on the waist, and is a good buy for those who don't mind the flaws I have with it.
I am a fairly large woman, and the sizing chart indicated that I would require a 2X. I don't normally wear a 2X, but I DID FOLLOW THE SIZING CHART SUGGESTIONS. I'm so glad I did because not only is it simple to get into and out of, but the banding across the front works its magic on me, slimming me down. I have a small FUPA, and it immediately pushed that bad boy back in and rolled out that under bra roll. So, for the love of God, ladies, stop being so naive about the sizing chart and start using it. I guarantee you'll put it on, slip it on over your clothes, and look amazing! It's also simple to remove, especially since it doesn't have a gusset!.
I've had to go to the bathroom for at least 20 minutes, and I can't bear the thought of wrestling myself back into them. Have you ever seen Steve Irwin wrestle a crocodile? That's how I felt putting these on, only sweatier and more terrifying. All of my other clothes, it appears, are in the size 12/14 range. I believe these shorts because I'm afraid of what they'll do if I don't follow their instructions. That being said, they're surprisingly comfortable to wear and don't squeeze the life out of you like I'd expect; they also do a fantastic job; the only issue is getting them on and off.
The size I bought for the body builder I'm 5'1 150 pound and 37ins in my waist was considered the big part because typically that was the size that other body builders will use and I honestly found them to be unable to effectively hold onto your stomach. I would recommend this product because it is of good quality and should be hand washed because it is worth caring for.
The seams are strategically placed to highlight the curves and lines of the garment. Based on reviews, I purchased both an LG and an XL size. Despite the fact that the LG fit, I prefer the XL because my thighs are a little thicker. So, I'd say going up a size (I usually wear a large) is probably the best option. The fact that the top did not roll down at all was a huge plus. I also liked the material because it was nylon, which allowed my dress to glide over it more easily than some of the other fabric options. Overall, if I needed to, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
It's also not prone to slipping down. This sling tight dresses are really nice to wear.
I didn't think it did much at first, until I did a side-by-side comparison. Photo from the side. I like that it's not too tight and that it comes up high enough to avoid a weird muffin top on the side of your chest; I was also worried about it squeezing my thighs and creating an odd indent that made my fat stick out LOL. I usually wear a size 10 or 12, and the size I got for this was perfect; I carry my weight in my thighs and buttocks, so any smaller would have been too small, and any larger would not have made much of a difference in my tummy area. Overall, I bought this to wear to a wedding tomorrow, and I think it'll be the most comfortable for long periods of time because it's not too tight and hugs you in a way that feels secure rather than suffocating. Also, if you're looking for a short dress, this isn't it because the length is a little long and almost reaches my knees. It's a little tricky to put on, but it's a good fit.
BYE BYE SPANX! YOU ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! This is an AMAZING piece of shapewear for the price. I'm getting married and wanted to look smooth beneath my lace gown, so I went to Macy's and discovered that Spanx are now $100! For the sake of a tummy panel, no less! It was at least $60 for anything comparable. This is a fantastic alternative, and I will definitely be purchasing more! Approximate height of 5'9" L-shapes are typically worn by people who weigh 200 pounds. M-bottoms, Xl bottoms The 2XL tops and the L tops are PERFECTLY matched! ALWAYS ORDER A SIZE UP! It stretches a little, but only a little. If you don't go up or make your legs bunch out like muffins at the bottom inseam, you won't be able to get it past your hips. It's of excellent quality, not shear, and it's extremely controlling and flattering. Excellent value for money!.
