Since I used this inside of my girdle after lipo 360, the girdle is significantly more comfortable and more compression is felt. The first time I put the foam in my girdle, it was a bit difficult, but once it had been placed correctly, it worked perfectly. I sleep much better when I use all 3 foams in my girdle when I am wearing it at night. * Oh, and I washed the foams in the regular wash and they are fine. I did not put them in the dryer though, so I have no idea how well they hold up in that situation. However, I had one major issue to deal with. Within about 2 and a half weeks, the foams became very yellow (even though they were not consistently used).

I was in a lot of pain from my girdle cutting into my skin. With this foam, I was able to relieve that pain. I am very pleased with how it feels and how well it holds its shape after several days wearing.

I had thin and soft pads, so I decided to reorder the Contour brand to make sure it didn't fail, and since I haven't had surgery yet, I cannot review whether they worked or not, however I will update my review once I have.
