Thank you for giving me pockets as well. Pockets are essential for women as well! My complaints are that the back vent should be shorter and there should be side splits at the bottom seam. At the end of the day, it is a work coat. Besides, the buttons show up on the right side of the shirt like on I think it shouldn't be difficult to make uniform style guidelines when creating clothes for women. If it were made for men, that would be great, but this is for women, and it shouldn't be too hard to follow uniform style guidelines.

My favorite part of the jacket is the length which hits my hips, and I appreciate the overall aesthetic of the front of the jacket, however the back of the jacket doesn't have darts, so it is very big and stiff in the back of the It could be altered if I am able to do so. My boyfriend has a heavy weight and stiff jacket that I'm hoping will soften after a few washes.
