What's the difference between a regular and an active fitness routine?

I'm not sure, but it keeps me warm and dry when I run in the rain.

Is it true that this jacket is a tad on the small side?

For me, it was a perfect fit.

I don't know what to think. Is it possible to use it outside? Do you get soaked when it rains?

This was purchased in preparation for my trip to Iceland on July 2nd, 21st. 7/14/21. Because I knew the weather was constantly changing, I needed something that was light, windproof, and waterproof. It was exactly what I needed. A hike up behind a waterfall was the only video I could find. My hood zipped up never blew off in the rain or in strong winds. Wear a ball cap, if possible. It keeps the hood from covering your face. Whether it's windy or rainy, everything stays in place!

Is there any background noise?

Not at all, despite the fact that I am a highly sensitive individual. I could wear this jacket all day and not even realize it.

The colors are fantastic! I needed something I could wear on both hot and cold days. When it's windy, it's great for any temperature; if it gets too hot because the wind has died down, I just wrap it around my waist; I use it to walk my dog almost every day.

The shell is very light and packable

I purchased this to use as an outer layer and am very pleased with it. It's roomy enough to wear over a fleece, but not so much that it looks bulky on its own. It's very light and packable, and it's surprisingly warm for how light it is. It's also reasonably breathable and water-resistant.
