As an ER nurse, I provide care to patients. Asics are usually the shoes I wear at work. We decided to change it up a bit and give these a try. I found the fit to be perfect and very comfortable, especially since I am on my feet every day for 12+ hours.
Having fun while exercising has never been it's easier! I love that these are bright colors and offer something to make my exercise routine a little bit The shoes are incredibly comfortable, as they provide loads of cushioning without leaning down. Additionally, there is padding near the heel and It turned out that I had to order 1/2 a size up than my usual size (which in NB is typically 1/2 a size smaller than my regular shoes), but I could attribute that to my post-partum barney rubles. The shoes are awesome and I will be walking and running a lot in them!.
It was a great price, and although I was a little hesitant about the pink color, I decided to try it out. As I usually stick with other brands, these are my first pair of New Balance shoes. As of now I like these a lot! This is the most comfortable thing ever. Wear an 11-12 in women's just pay attention to the size expectancy and go one size up or down. The shoes are cushioned, and I am on my feet for 12 hours a day, five days a week on hard concrete, so they are very comfortable and durable.
It's nice to have shoes like these. In the winter, I find them very gripping due to the tread on the sole (but I know they weren't designed for that purpose). As the mesh on the upper toe area breathes very well, I don't have to worry about my feet getting sweaty, and the mesh also "gives" where I have a bunion on the side of my big toe so I have the extra room I need. They have worn very well so far, and I intend to purchase more as time goes on. This is a highly recommended company.
These shoes are AWESOME!! I have now purchased my second pair of NB shoes from Amazon (2nd on the whole website). I have tried them all, and they have been the best! In addition to running shoes I would like to use them for other activities outside the gym (for instance, for weight training) My third pair consists of CrossFit type of shoes rather than running shoes. I really want good traction, since my other two running shoes lack it (and my other pair consists of cross fit type So far, I've worn these shoes twice at my gym and so far they haven't slipped on the floor (even when wet) like my previous pair. Seeing as we've had a few snow storm since purchasing them (has meant wearing snow boots mostly), I have no doubt they will hold up well outside with ice/moderate snow or water.
