This was the first one I bought. The size I wear for shoes is five sizes bigger than the size I normally wear. I would run in 5 but I would After running 8, I tried them on with these. The distance is 25 miles & The size 7 fit me, so the 6 fits me as well. The top 5 were a bit snug on my feet, and the bottom a little loose At the toes.

The use of these for running agility on turf and grass is a necessity for me. Surfaces with a high coefficient of friction don't encourage me to run. While I have been using Brooks Ghost sneakers for years now, I wanted a shoe that was suited enough for road running. I loved the fit, comfort, and stability of these. While I was a little hesitant to order an item that I have never used before, I took the advice of other buyers and purchased one half size bigger from my regular sneaker size, and they fit perfectly.
It usually fits average to medium for me and I normally wear a women's size 9. Fits perfectly! Ordered the 9/10 and they are perfect! Since I just got them, I decided to go for a trail run through my woods even though it's raining. Wet leaves and pine needles, mud, puddles, and wet grass are all part of the terrain, which is full of gravel, rocks, roots, hills, puddles, and rocks. Hiking in the woods in this shoe would be a lot of fun. The shoe is a bit narrower than my normal Nike sneakers so I bought a half-size bigger than I usually wear. On our 7th day, we went to the beach. This 5 mile hike has lots of slippery rocks and steep incline, and they did a great job. well to the ground so we had no trouble walking, but they also have good toe protection so we didn't trip over any small rocks.
This shoe runs on the narrow side of the spectrum, so I wouldn't recommend them if you have a wide foot type like me. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 - 10.
