The size I wear is A few sizes smaller for athletic shoes, and a few sizes larger for other/dress or casual Originally, these only came in a medium width, but following reviews, we ordered them in a 10 inch width. I've had great results with 5B and have found them to be reliable. To treat plantar fascia, I removed the insole and replaced it with custom orthotics. My foot has finally improved after more than a year of treatment and being very careful of what shoes I wear. The first pair of these have performed so well that I am returning to the site today to see if they can be replaced. I have another pair of Asics 11N that are also quite good. I used to wear New Balance in narrows, but switched after having trouble finding narrows and problems with my As well, my arches are very high and my feet are very narrow. It would be nice if more shoes came in 10 as well. It's usually better to use a 5 than an 11, since 11's are generally I had success with these.

I trained with a lightweight hiking boot in the weeks leading up to the hike and I used them the entire time! We hiked down the Canyon for a total of 10 miles, making me need that extra room in my toes. I did order a 1/2 size larger, though. Furthermore, it was laced really well so that they had no chance of shifting in the In other words, they were amazing. The grip and traction are excellent, and the comfort is excellent. I highly recommend this book. Since I've had these a few years ago, I have had about 5 pairs. A hike, a walk, a jog, a run, and work I don't care! You'll be able to keep your feet happy with these.

Over the past three years, I have acquired 4 styles of Asics running shoes, and these are my favorite!
My criteria for determining whether these are "good" sneakers are The toe space measures 2 (inch-9) The toe box in my shoes has to be large enough to allow me to walk comfortably without my toes feeling numb. For most of my shoes, I order a size 10 and lace them up tight (when I wear a 9 or a 9). The amount of running in regular shoes is 5. In my case, it typically causes my shoes to wear out faster in the heels, because the heels are a little angled, but my toes don't go numb after my daily 4 mile trail hike. 4. These are not too tight around the ankles or toes. I bought the purple and silver outlined ones. The colors complement each other well and are not too dark or boring. With their arch support and heel support, these shoes are exactly what I need from my shoes for my medium arches and It is designed to allow your feet enough freedom of movement so that your feet are not stiff or have limited motion in the shoe while you are There is enough room for your toes to wiggle so they don't get squished and so far there hasn't been any rubbing of the show against the backs It may have something to do with the fact that I also wear athletic socks with heel tabs.
One of the biggest problems I have with these shoes is that they provide no support when the ground is slick. If I wear these and walk across tile and laminate floors, I constantly slip and almost fall. To be honest, if I had known these shoes did not have any slip resistance, I might have chosen a different shoe because in my current budget, 50-$60 is quite a bit. A $60 pair of shoes that I'll end up hurting myself in seems like a lot of money to spend. The shoes are good looking and provide good support under the arch and heel. They are sturdy and made from durable materials, however they are not slip resistant at all. You can make do with these if you are okay with slipping shoes that are very cute. I suggest doing some research on running shoes with better slip resistance if you're like me and want some sort of slip resistance with your running shoe, especially given that these shoes can be quite expensive.
I've not been able to stand up on my own for my feet or feel the nerve in my sciatica since I had a child. Teaching keeps me on my feet so much that I'm always on the move! In the past two years, I have not suffered from foot, lower back, or sciatic nerve problems since purchasing these shoes. A great deal of support is provided by this shoe. You should buy these shoes if you have an issue with your feet. In addition to that, they're adorable!.

Since I have wide feet and high arches, Asics are the best athletic shoes I've found for my type of foot. If you have the same type of foot, you should definitely try them.
