This was my first pair of spikes, and they were terrible. A few months later, they busted during my 4x100. I didn't realize what a bad job they had done until they broke. When they arrived, I was blinded by their whiteness. After I bought the white and the citrus, the differences became even more obvious. I got a lot of compliments for them because they looked really good on my feet. As a result of my hard work, I greatly improved my performance in all my events! It's awesome to see spikes like these! Please note that Try to be careful on rainy and muddy days to avoid ruining the white on your shoes.

Spikes that are good

The spikes my daughter has on are her second pair of this model. Despite being uncomfortable at times, she says these are the most comfortable she has ever been. Asics were her usual shoes up until this point. Despite its durability, it lasted no longer than one track season before breaking.

Having a comfortable 1600 and 3200 meter run (and at a fast pace)

They are perfect for the 1600 and 3200 races my daughter is participating in! Her love for them is unquestionable. We had a pair of Sauconys previously, so we ordered the same size as before. She says they are bouncy and very comfortable while running.
