In order to put spikes on your shoe, how do you do it?

In order to secure the spikes, they You can do that with the shoe tools that come with the shoes. In the end, they were very easy to get in.

Can these spikes be used for a 3k cross country race or should they be used for shorter distances on the track? Can you tell me how the padding is?

The shoes were used for cross country by my daughter.

The shoes' actual spikes are supposed to be attached to them, right? Despite our expectations, we did not receive spikes with the package. They are shown in the picture and they are not mentioned in the description?

The spikes on mine came with it. Yours makes it sound like there is a mistake.

The picture in this post shows the color citron without a spike. Does the color Citron have a spike?

There should be a wrench included with the spikes when they arrive in a plastic bag.

In addition, Although I was excited about the new track shoes, I was disappointed to receive two left shoes and no right shoes on each side, plus there are two different sides to each shoe. The shoes you are wearing aren't the best.

I recommend that you go a size up! So far, I haven't been able to try them out on the field, but I just wanted to say thank goodness there are some reviews warning of the sizing being small and to size up

I wear a I ordered a 8 since the reviews said it was good. It turned out to be the right choice for me! I need a size that's just right! This style runs small, so try sizing up! Colors of purple and aqua look very nice together.

I definitely recommend these shoes to you since they are really cute. They are still comfortable, but you should go up a size. There will be no regrets if you do It was a matter of debate for me. You may want to order a size bigger than you usually do since they run a little smaller in length and width.

There is a size difference between these and normal shoes

If ordering 2 sizes up, be sure to order the larger size! In her size 4, my daughter wears a size A full size larger would have fit easily. We ordered these as an upgrade to our regular size 5, and they barely fit.
