There are replacement screws here on Amazon, as well as Walmart, Dick's, or any sporting goods store where you can purchase one.

Does the spikes on the shoes come off?

You will receive the spikes as well as the tool to put them in and remove them when you receive the shoes. The sprinter in my family is my daughter. It may be necessary to buy different sizes of spikes, but they are relatively affordable regardless of what track you are on.

The fit is good, but the spike pins are not

$17! I don't know what to expect! The size of my shoe is 8 for men. It was a bit challenging to find a size 5, so I went for a women's 10. The spike pins that came in the box were slotted in only 3 of the 12 holes and none of them were willing to accept them. A total of five more holes needed to be bribed with a lot of money to accept their pins, while four holes did not accept their pins. As soon as I realized I was in trouble, I went back to Amazon and ordered a 100 count bag of stainless steel 3/8" pyramid (cone) spike pins from "ecoSpikes". As long as all 12 spikes fit into their holes without any problems, I replaced them all. Consider including an additional set of replacement spike pins in your budget when you buy any Saucony spike (especially the Havoc XC2). So far, these shoes fit perfectly even though I have not put them to the test on the trail.
