The only reason I ordered a half size larger than my regular shoe was because I heard that these shoes There are times when I feel like my feet are swimming in them. The size I ordered is not available anymore, so I will have to order a new one. The size here should be able to fit you if you find this in your regular size.
It does not fit this shoe, nor would the cleats I purchased separately work. Returning the shoes was an easy process. Despite the fact that the cleats were fine, the shoes did not have properly aligned holes.
In my opinion, the 9 is the best. During cycling, you do not want the tip of your shoe to rub your toe.
As I wear a size 7, I ordered a size They didn't have 7 so they had to have 5 The return was sent back, and 6 were received. Although they are right to the end of the cycle, the toe is working fine. As a result, I'd say the size is likely to be true.

This pair of shoes is excellent for beginners. The pedals wouldn't fit in my Peloton bike at first, but the guys who delivered them reminded me there is a screw on the back of the pedal that can be looseened so any cleat will fit. To get your cleat to sit comfortably in your pedal, use the smallest hexagon key that came with your bike to loosen the screw on the back of the pedal at the top until it is snug enough. After a period of time, you may need to tighten the screw again. It is my hope that that is.
They are comfortable, lightweight, and have a great fit. My normal size 7 would normally fit me but I needed a little extra room to allow for swelling from exercise and pregnancy, so I picked up an 8. I’m very happy with my choice of 5. It works well with my Peloton.
As far as bike shoes are concerned, I'm no expert. Since I have been using these on my Peloton for over a month, I have not heard a click (from the additional clip spots) at all. They were a bit nervous about the clicking noise when I bought them, however. These shoes are not recommended for people with wide feet since I have somewhat narrow Considering all of the positive aspects of these shoes, I would recommend them highly.
A new peloton was recently purchased by my wife and we ordered a 2nd pair of shoes without the need to buy the package that comes with weights + training materials in order to get a 2nd pair (we already owned them all). As a result, I turned to this product. *This product has the following advantages The cleats are easy to put on and comfortable. They are compatible with peletons as well. The cons are as follows Whenever you ride, you need to tighten the cleats. The screws may come off mid-ride, so it's important to do it following each ride. There is almost no way to get the shoe freed from the holder once you finish riding it. This would be a 5 star review if those cons weren't present.
I'll tell you up front I am not a die-hard cyclist. They run true to size - I went up half a size, but I should have stayed with my original size. I have to tighten the Velcro around the midsection after wearing for a while. These shoes are too small for my Peloton shoes and there is a 30 day return window when I purchased them. I plan to ride. If I had to buy them again, I would. Not at all. . The tires are not excellent, but they do the job for 30 minutes of daily riding.
The shoes come with an SPD cleat so that you can use different types of clip-ins with them. It will "click" if this is not removed because it will slide around inside the sole of the shoe when you pedal. There's no easy way to remove it. In order to remove the SPD cleat, you must remove the insole, lift a tab (after cutting with a box blade or knife) and then lift the tab. The shoes are really great, but this was a major hassle.
The footbed is very comfortable, won't pinch, and the mesh fabric is very breathable so my feet don't get too hot or sweaty while riding. The cleats did not come installed, but it was very easy to attach those and adjust how they fit. If you are looking for an alternative to Peloton branded shoes, I highly suggest these!.
It is a pleasure to wear them, as they are extremely light and She recommended these shoes to me after she bought the same pair. This purchase has been a pleasant experience for me. There is a bit of a size variance with these.
