Questions & Answers

Regardless of the width, both a and b are provided by Broch. Listed below are the options. Would anyone know the widest they come in, and how I could get them specifically in a d wide?

Check the foot of the shoe in your cart after adding it into your cart to see what letter width There is no indication that they come in taller sizes in the list below, but you may need to search individually for "Bloch Prolite II D" on Amazon to find them. To buy in long sizes you may have to search individually for "Bloch Prolite II H.

What kind of pink is it? Is it more of a nude pink or ?

A pale pink color characterizes them.

What is the width of the numbers alone? Regular or medium?

There is a B width to them. My feet are medium wide, so these shoes fit well. Despite being soft and pliable, this ballet slipper is made of leather.

The Prolite II hybrid and this? How do they differ?

With the Prolite II, the upper is made up of all leather, while the Prolite II Hybrid utilizes a soft canvas arch insert to snugly fit the foot when it is pointed.

Selected User Reviews For Bloch Dance Women's Prolite II Split Sole Leather Ballet Slipper/Shoe

BLOCH's sizing isn't the same as street shoe sizing, when they say "true to size"! Despite being too big for an American size 6, I am currently wearing a size 8
4/5

The level of a 5 is not quite as high as It is for some reason that the European 37 is more suitable for me. A US 6 is the size I wear in Dr Martens, which translates to a UK 4 The shoes run large, however, and I can wear a UK 5 with thick socks as well). For dancing, I have worn this slipper for at least two decades, and it is by far my favorite This shoe is great in every way I love the split sole, they are comfortable to wear, and I like the leather version. In any case, I've had to return the pair I ordered on the mistaken assumption that the sizing had been modified to align with American shoe sizes. It is completely unnecessary for them to last so Buying dance shoes has been a while since I last bought them. was lucky to have found an old pair of glasses in great shape for today's class There are five B's in their rating. During my teenager years, I was a size 6, but I am now a size 7 in street shoes in US sizes. It fits me in a UK size 5 and a European size 37. In the size chart on the page, which I ought to have checked first, it appears I would take a 4B Bloch. I won't allow it. Accordign to that chart, the size that fits corresponds to an 8 in American women's sizes. It's always been a whole size smaller for me, I never wear an 8. As is the case with the 5B, the slipper is completely filled by my foot. As a result, my toes would curl up when I was playing the 4B.

Its leather is soft and stretchy and it fits as Bloch recommends
5/5

Slippers like these are gorgeous. The shoes I'm wearing now are much more comfortable than the ones I bought a few years ago. The leather is very supple. Tonight, I wore them during my first workout, and they were perfect. They were snug and supportive for my bones, and a perfect fit for showing off my points. My size is 8 and I wear it on most occasions. A narrow street shoe in size 5 for 39 euros. As a size 5, I wear a 4. In these, there are 5B. You should tighten them up very well. The slippers will mold to your feet as your sweat stretches them. Try them on and if they fit at first you may find they stretch out after a couple of wears and are too loose. From the box, these are ready to wear since they have the elastic built in. It's a great product! I'm very pleased with it.

I think I've found "the one!" On Amazon and elsewhere, I have pretty much tried on 15 pairs of ballet shoes before I found the right pair for me
5/5

The width of my feet is medium and I wear a size 7 street shoe. They came in 5 and I ordered them The shoes are size 5B and were a little tight at first in the toe area but have since stretched As well as 5, I tried it. I tried 5A and there was more room in the front of the toes, but not on the side. When you have Prime membership anyway, I would suggest buying a variety of sizes so you can try them on all at once It is great to do business with Amazon, and the refunds are quick. My favorite part of ordering from Amazon is the convenience. Capezio was also my next stop and I ended up getting a pair of Juliets after trying on Capezio. Having this Bloch Prolite in black and this Capezio's Juliet in pink, I'm set to take one week of ballet classes! Besides smelling good, they fit perfectly and look great as well. As far as elastic is concerned, it comes sewn on ONE end, so you'll have to sew on the other end yourself. I will draw the elastic over the X) to a place on the sides where the slippers gape the most when I flex my feet and after I draw the elastic. Keep all your stitching close to the lining of the inside of the shoe, and do not sew It doesn't take long to finish, and it feels great when you do! In addition to looking and fitting better, the slipper will also be more comfortable.

It's a good idea to order one and a half to two Compared to the Prolite II Hybrid, these work better
5/5

My ballet slippers for indoor Tai Chi arrived in several different styles - among them were I tried the following 1) Bloch Prolite II Hybrid (canvas around arch) 2) Bloch Prolite II Leather 3) Bloch Odette 4) Capezio Juliet There is nothing I dislike about the Odette, and it is a perfect fit for me. Having an 8 foot, I was able to fit into all three Bloch slippers in the size 7. If you wear regular shoes, size 5W or 9B will fit you. According to Bloch, the leather and lining of the Capezio Juliet were of inferior quality. The Odette (the ones I like so much for Tai Chi) and the Prolite II Leather (the ones I like so much for house slippers) are both things I plan to keep. A Prolite II Leather can be seen on the left in the photo, and an Odette on the right.

Ballet shoes that are great! Beginning to get into ballet as an adult
5/5

Have read through so many reviews to determine what size suits me. It ended up being a good decision to go by the size chart, but I ordered two sizes for comparison. As a 8 I'm good at math. There are six of them in my order. Our choice was between sizes 5 and 6, and the 6 was more comfortable. In total, there are six. Five fits but once you point, that extra space seems to multiply, and I assume you don't want that space when you're As for the 6, it was perfect, and because it is leather, it will probably stretch some. It looks like the quality is excellent and the elastics are very My heart swells at the thought of.

Comparing the old and new versions, the old version fits better
4/5

As they are thinner than my previous pair of Prolite II's, I am not sure how long they will last versus my old pair. A thicker type of I dislike the feel of the thinner leather so far but prefer the look of it so far. The leather is supple and soft It should be durable but not too thin. As a solid 7, I'd be a 7 on a scale of 1-10. I bought these in a 4, which is the same size as my street shoes. This is 5B. It fits perfectly - thank you! No matter what size you wear, don't wear anything too snug or It felt too tight the last pair I had until I wore them in a bit and the leather stretched. As soon as they come out of the package, they are snug and comfortable. (My feet are a normal width, but I have a narrow heel, a bunion on my big toe, and slightly tapered toes. . 1) Really like the fit of Blochs for someone with a tapered foot and narrow heels. Furthermore, I really like the fact that the elastics (despite not quite in the right spot) are sewn into the garment already. To save myself the trouble of sewing elastics on, I'm willing to sacrifice the place of them so as to save myself from necessary sewing.
