I was excited to see the picture of the red Saferin Fascinator when I first saw it. Among the many that I had kept an eye on, this one was the prettiest. It was delivered with the instructions to use a blow dryer to fluff it. When it was delivered, it was packed flat in sealed plastic. In reality, there are no such options to make the hat appear the way it does in the advertisement. It is my disability that causes me to be blind. It disappointed me that I had to return the hat because the hat was too complicated to put on out of the box, and so I didn't wear it.

From the shipping to the packaging, this really needs some improvements. A square box in which the flattened product would have had the space it needed was included in the package. As part of the card was a suggestion that the flatness could be removed by using a hair dryer which would are all good and well, but the stems on the feathers were broken in multiple places and any attempting to fix them would be futile. They are on the verge of creating an awesome product if they can figure out their logistics.

When I used this for a brunch party, I felt like the star of the event. A beauty professional, I've received numerous compliments and have been considered beautiful (Where did you get that I said, "Amazon!" The clip was strong and held all day even though it was a bit challenging to find the right angle on my head. Overall, this fascinator is an excellent value for the price. The clip and headband were included in the package, but the headband appeared a little flimsy. While the feathers don't stick up like in the picture, they aren't as stiff as in reality.

I received it flat and I had to refold it, but it was not difficult Due to the structure in the ribbon/fabric, it will expand. I really like this. Despite the pink color having a touch of mauve, it is still very sweet and lovely. Thank you for the great product.
