I'm highly satisfied with the fascinator, which as per the picture looked just like the picture. I adjusted the feathers because they hung too high, but it still looks great. Easter Sunday was the day I wore it.
The wreath comprises a felt circle topped with a ruffle of dotted tulle, a rose made from mesh, a beaded tassle glued to the center, and small navy feathers, which are also attached to the mesh rose. Two slits are cut into the circle, so that you can use either a narrow wire headband (covered with navy ribbon) or a large alligator clip, both included, to slip through the slits and secure the circle I unpacked the item to find it in perfect shape, and it was packed in a plastic bag inside of a bubble wrap envelope. This was my favorite book so far. I purchased this for a birthday party. I embellished it for the birthday girl with birthday cake and 3D scrapbook stickers, and everyone complimented When I needed it, the hair clip was a great addition, but I only used the headband feature. I was pleased with the quality of both the headband and clip, not something made out of thin material. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something like this. I love the colors of the tees. They're bright, they look as pictured, and they arrived in a short timeframe. I just wish women in America wore them all the time.
I love to wear fascinators for weddings, funerals, cocktail parties, and Sunday brunches. The fascinator is a little large compared to the other ones I own, but not so big that it appears garish. A white bag goes with everything, so I ordered one in that color.
