I was pleased with the quality of the item and how quickly it arrived. The color was exactly what I expected, and the color was more vibrant. My purchase was for a Derby party I was participating in and it was perfect! I even won the contest on the look of the dress since it looked very classic. I love the cobalt blue color, as well as the fact that it is comfortable and you can move the hat/fascinator around on the band or clip it to your hair without the band. The hat was perfect for a virtual zoom party since it did not have a brim that would block my view of my face or light. I finally decided to buy because of the reasonable price. I had a good time.
