I think this would be a nice rain hat for a medium to small size A large head (like mine) will not be protected by the front visor, which barely reaches to my hairline. I had hoped the visor would provide some protection for my face, especially for my glasses, but it is not large enough. My hair is covered and the top and back of my head is covered as well, as the ties allow it to have a snug fit around my neck and under my The product does not appear to be waterproof, but it does appear to be warm and look like it should be. When handled carefully, it should last a long time. It is compact enough to fit in a pocket, so it is easy to carry when caught in high winds or unexpected downpours. I would give it one more star if it could accommodate.

The internet does not provide these, even if you try. I have a small face and it seems to fit okay, even though the rain bonnet seems a bit large. In my order, I requested navy blue, but my package has black on it. Although it is more navy blue than black, it does appear to be a little duller.
