Hello, the fabric on this hat is 100% cotton. It is possible for it to become soaked. It has an inner lining that will help keep your hair dry, but it will not keep all of the water out. So, drizzle is probably fine, but thunderstorms aren't.

The measurements are 22" x 22" x 22" x 22" x 23". Is it possible to make the cap a little smaller?

There isn't any way to make it smaller.

Is this a Chinese product?

Yes. This hat is fantastic. I have the denim one, which I adore.

This one is 22 inches long and wide. My head is 21 inches long, so I'm 23 inches tall. It not only fits my head comfortably, but it also looks great. (After all, who doesn't want to be John Lennon?) Every time I wear it, I get compliments. Inside, there's plenty of cushioning for a comfortable fit. br>I strongly advise you to purchase one of these hats.

This is the one that I use. Pandemic Hair is a product that is used to treat hair that has become infected with the disease Adjustable, comfortable, and doesn't get too tight on my head in the wind. My face is round, and the shape works well with it. It's not so big that it overwhelms me, and it's not so small that it makes me look like an egg. (If you know what I'm talking about, you know what I'm talking about. ).

Oddly shaped and lopsided

This isn't as flattering as the trendy bakersboy caps I had in mind. It's fine, but the sides/bubbled portion of the top protrudes a little too far for my taste. It has a decent amount of volume - if that's what you're getting at. Because of how it was packaged or stored before I ordered it, the hat appears to be stuck at a slight tilt as well.

It's the right size, but it's not the same color as the picture

Simply purchase the black one. This was supposed to be a nude color, but it came out looking like a dark brownish gray neutral nail color. I despise it yet adore it, and I'm going to bleach it to get the color I really want.
