This is a soft and very thick rug. The fabric does not feel flimsy to me. The package was nice, but there was a slight indention left behind from its contact with the shipping box. The hat fits me well even though I have a large head, but you can easily adjust it to make it smaller if necessary. This color was not available on prime and I had to wait exactly three weeks to receive it.

I am looking forward to wearing the oatmeal hat very soon, however I was extremely happy with the way it was packaged. I loved the quality. It is thick, very thick, and it has a snap-on adjustment mechanism inside the hat that makes it really comfortable. This is the most wonderful thing ever. But it isn't worth it to reorder another one since it was not the manufacturer's fault. It was Amazon's fault as the black hat was packed too tightly in a tiny box that wasn't big enough for the hat.

The hat I'm wearing is my favorite. When it comes to people who wear hats and want actual sun, here is what you need to know- You should read this if you're having blockage! It's so odd that some of the hipster hats brims are so short and wavy that they're just like fedoras and don't block out any sun. Please note that I have a lot of curly hair and I have a pretty big head (my dad and brother all have the same head size!) and the hat was kind've big for me. As long as the strings on it can be adjusted, I don't even mind how big it is because most hats really don't fit comfortably on my head anyway, so I appreciate it that the sizing here is even more custom.

Like so many others reviewing this hat, mine came in a plastic bag squished inside a very small box, which did not make it any more appealing. The packing looked good to me in all the reviews before I bought, so I hoped to be one of the lucky ones.
