Despite what the website picture depicts, the hat does not look like the one on the website. A hat that was firm and did not droop was what I desired. As far as sun protection and cooling are concerned, this hat provides both. There are, however, too many flimsy and floppy parts to it. As demonstrated in the picture on the website, the hat did not match what I expected. (As seen in the photos I have included. ) I'm certain that this hat does what it is suppose to, but the description on the website is inaccurate.

It is a really nice A good product made to acceptable standards by the manufacturer. phrase "one size fits all" is no longer true as far as my case is concerned. It's true that I have a big head (my mother always said it's because of the brains), but this hat is too tight for my 7 & 8 year year old head In fact, I gave the hat away because it was 3/4 hat size.

Honestly, I don't like it that much. When running, even when it gets wet, it does not come off. The brim of this hat, however, has a very floppy shape and sometimes blows back in the wind, exposing one's eyes to direct sunlight. If the brim was a little firmer or the brim could stay put, then it would go from an OK hat to a really good one.

I am wearing a flop with a wide brim as you can see - A sun hat, which kept the intense sun rays completely out of my eyes as I stood in the late afternoon sunshine It is very small and easily packable, so it could go in a pocket. in the afternoon San Diego sunshine. It stays in place on your head and secure even when the evening fog blows in off the ocean with a fierce wind. I would prefer if there were more holes punched in the rim where the "cap" sits on the head (top portion of the hat) although there is a drawstring there so that the hat can be adjusted for people with smaller heads using that small drawstring. In the afternoons, especially when it's hot, it would be more comfortable to wear this hat with ventilation.

My dad is bald and has a smaller head, so this is perfect for him. The summer is a great time for him to mow grass and be outside for a long period of time. When he wets it, it stays cool and has great ventilation due to This is a great sweatshirt because it has a drawstring at the top to size it down. He has a hard time finding hats that can be adjusted like this one, since most are too large. It is just the brim that needs to be better. His view is obstructed by the lowers hanging low and his eyes being obstructed by it.
