I have reached out to the vendor and he will send a new unit to me. Their contact with me was very pleasant. It is very reassuring to know that their product is of high quality and they are concerned about keeping me happy. Customer service of this caliber is exceptional! In order to write this review, I intentionally waited to see how this winder performed over time. I am very impressed with the look of the winder. The blue light and bright finish make this winder feel more like a home. I was very impressed with the look of the box as soon as I opened it. The following are a few small issues. #1. The most recent price comparison I made on Amazon got me to reconsider buying the $900+ watch winder I was about to buy. After purchasing my first nice watch a few years ago, I wanted something to match, but I was also tired of setting the time in each one, which hampered my ability to rotate through my collection. I finally found this at a fifth of the price and was surprised by the quality. I decided it would be worth a try after reading reviews on the Tripple Tree brand winder. When I received the winder, I was impressed with the packaging, delivery speed, and appearance compared to what I expected, but I was somewhat frustrated at the lack of information about which setting to use in order to wind my clothes. In order to wind all my watches except one, I used the last winding setting after doing a little research.
