This product looked good, but after two months it stopped working. The only option that will work is the blue background light. This item does not come with a warranty. It was a complete waste of money.

It has many great features. This was a Father's Day present for my husband and I received great customer service from the company. In the last few months, he has purchased some new watches and has been resetting the time and date constantly. My husband likes to charge his watches with it on and the beautiful blue light inside attracted my attention. I love this one because of the beautiful blue light that turns on inside. He has no longer had to distress himself over the fact he's running out of power, so it's an excellent gift for your watch lover. He's loved it so far and no longer feels frustrated about running out of batteries. One watch fell out during the day while he was at work, but that was the only downside so far. As he walked into his house, his watch was firmly embedded in the plastic front glass, completely scratched, with a perfect circle encrusted I am not sure how this happened, but the watch is located inside of the glass and faces upward. It must have fallen forward and rotated against the glass enough to leave its mark. They sent out a brand new one right away after receiving a call from us. It's the best customer service and the best product I've ever used. I highly recommend it.

Box is very nice in terms of finish. There is an extremely quiet room and the light adds a nice touch. Sadly, it's not designed for watches that are larger. Currently, I wear two Breitling watches the super avenger 2 with a 48mm case size and the Superocean Steelfish with a 46mm case size. They both have 8" I put both watches on my pillows, closed the door and was called away for an hour when I got the winder. I found that the Bezel Super Avenger scratched the plastic window in a perfect circle when I returned it. Rather than replacing the plastic window with glass, I am going to try removing the old one. Additionally, I need to place something between the case and the window so that the window can remain propped up a bit. The watch is a nice piece, but it is not designed for larger cases or.

This is a dual watch winder, but it does not wind two watches at the same time. There is only one motor unit and two watches in it. Although it is well made and appears to be a quality product, I wish it could wind watches of varying winding requirements simultaneously.
