Since I will not be wearing it every day, a winding machine was necessary. I just bought my first automatic watch. The box was very pleasing to unbox and I liked the product. I really like the look of it, and it feels well made as well. Even the watch holders feel nice and soft inside, unlike cheap, flimsy boxes you might find at a lower price point. In order for it to fit in the case, I need to make sure it is as inward as possible on the turntable. I got a dive watch with a 47mm case and it fits in there. The wheel turns slowly if the bezel does not cover it entirely. If it is not all the way over it rubs on the plexi and slows the wheel. When I lay in bed and the case is beside me on the dresser, I honestly cannot see the light. It seems bright as a flashlight, but I can't tell when I'm lying in bed. The issue has not arisen, but if it had, there is a switch on the wall to turn off the light. In summary, I really like the light on my watch, and since it has blue in its face and on its bezel, it really makes it stand out. In addition, I was impressed with the way it stopped turning as soon as you opened Although I'm sure that this is a common thing, it was not something I was expecting when I first purchased a winder. Since I was expecting that I would have to turn it off and on, it is nice not to have to do so. I was very satisfied with how well the box was packed and it arrived without damage.
