You guessed it! We were not able to I received the gift as a Christmas present but I wasn't able to open it with the key that came with it. Were you ever able to solve this problem?
In addition, I take it with a heavy watch and I have been satisfied with it.
This is not a compact box but quite a large one.

Despite what I had expected, it's much larger than I had anticipated. Despite the nice selection of options, none of them are continuously adjustable. The windmill will stop on a schedule for set periods of time during which it will not spin. Maybe it comes on for three minutes and then goes off for three minutes, for example. As such, whenever I see it shut off, I am afraid that it is not working anymore. As of yet, it has been working fine. It comes with a janky sound system Key with a cheap look that is easy to lose. There is no need to spend much on the lock mechanism. Despite the key being large and round, it does not fit perfectly The box looks like it has already been broken, but ultimately, you can still lock it and unlock it. It is not recommended to lock The only key that comes with it is an exact duplicate of the one you receive. As for the mechanism, I have had no problems. Oct 31, 2017 is when the item was delivered. This will result in the lid of the box not closing correctly because the hinges at the top of the box are coming off. Therefore, unless you drop the lid harshly down, the cover will never shut completely and tends to tilt As you can see from the pictures, when the lid is gently placed down, it just hangs open because one of the hinges in the back does not work. Whenever I open and close the lid, there is a little bit of wood dust in the winder and out of the back of the lid due to the missing screws that connect the hinges to the lid. The screws weren't tightened yesterday either, and I thought that perhaps it had something to do with it. There is a problem with the power cord, sometimes you have to plug the cord and unplug it several times before it will I don't actually know that the winder is actually working unless I stand there and wait five minutes for the winding cycle to begin because since the wheel isn't constantly spinning I have no clue whether it is actually working or not. This product does work, and it is relatively quiet. That is the only reason why it isn't getting a 1 star review. However, given the quality of the other parts, I expect that to last only a short time. The bottom line is that you should It may seem tempting to pay $89 or wherever the price is today for a winder in a nice box, but it's a waste of money in the end. This winder is extremely beautiful. There is plenty of space to fit the fridge, so if you don't have it, you won't be able to fit it (it's 7 1/2 in width by 9 in height by 10 in depth). Due to the fact that I just got it today, I do not know how well it performs. My note regarding the Manual was too important to leave out. Using it is a waste of time! As I was looking for the "Mode" features panel, I was going crazy. As far as this specific model goes, there is no mode or delay start option. Instead, it has only three settings - clockwise, counterclockwise, and both directions. It was easy to figure out by looking at the picture that appears ONLY in Chinese (? If it's Korean/(?) Even though it is bigger than I expected, I still think this is an attractive product. The winder that I had previously had no storage and the box needed to be larger for the storage. Similarly to a previous reviewer, I found the double watch holders to be quite adequate to securely hold a large wristed man's watch(es). There's only one complaint, and that is that the watch holders are too big for my wife's Rolex watch. The wrists of her right hand are small. It would be good if a smaller holder could be purchased to eliminate this issue. A number of my watch collector friends have asked me to recommend this product. You did a great job.
The piece ended up returning to the store about 20 minutes after I opened it. I like the size and looks like it is very nice. Unfortunately, it lasted less than 30 seconds before stopping. My winder may have just been a bad one, but I'm going to spend a little more on the next one.
