I was happily surprised to find how well made it was, since it was the most affordable model I could find. You can run this device on AC power or using two AA batteries via the adapter provided. Although I liked the idea of keeping it in the bedroom, I was concerned about the noise level. However, this machine makes hardly any noise at all. I liked it very much.
